Shipping information

As the Exclusive North American Distributor all products are Fresh and Direct from T&H UK every 6-8 weeks. 

We do not guarantee or take returns from other vendors. 

We offer free Expedited Shipping for orders $50* and over (before tax) and $10.00 Flat Rate Standard Shipping for orders under $50* (* Valid only for Ontario & Quebec. Free shipping rates for each province detailed below).

 

Signature may be requested at our discretion (and cost) to ensure safe delivery.

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Processing time same day if received before 2pm EST or within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays)

• For orders shipped by UPS, an email from UPS on behalf of Truefitt & Hill with tracking information will be sent once your order is fulfilled.

If Canada Post is shipper tracking will follow once fulfilled.
